How can I modify the name of the driver?
All our suppliers allow to change the name of the driver when you collect the vehicle as the driver does not necessarily needs to be the same person who requested the booking. It is however important that you always present a copy of the confirrmation we send you.
What should I do in the case of an accident?
First contact the police to complete an accident report and immediately contact the office from which the car was rented. Normally you can find contact telephone numbers on your rental agreement.
